Have you downloaded the latest drivers for IDT from HP's website?

This the english language URL direct to the driver for your laptop.

I'd recommend installing/updating the Intel Chipset as well, if you haven't already.

Pick it out of the list, under Driver - Chipset.

If you go to Device Manager, is there anything in there with a question mark on it?

HFK-IKTAuthor Commented:
No, every device has a driver installed.

The problem is fixed! I installed an old driver from back to 2010. Exactly driver version: 6.12.0.3047 from 03.02.2010.

That's really strange. What happens if you install the old one and then upgrade to the new one? Do you lose functionality again?

Installed an old driver.
