Vista - ATI Radeon 2400XT - Dual monitors will not work
I spent almost 2 hours trying to add a second monitor to a Dell Optiplex 755, with an ATI Radeon 2400 XT video card. I am connecting an identical monitor to the second port. (This video card has a white 68? pin connector that I hook a 2-into-1 cable, for a total of 2 DVI ports).
I went though video preferences, and through the Catalyst software and am not able to get two monitors to work. When I power the system on, I only get the Dell BIOS information on one screen.
I know both screens are good. I have replaced the 1-to-2 cable. I have switched the monitors to different ports. I have installed the latest drivers.....
What am I missing?

Does the catalyst software recognize that there are two monitors? Is the Dell integrated video disabled?
