XP Loops on Boot Up

Can someone please look at this file and tell me what the error is? My supervisor says there is nothing wrong with it but every time I use it to correct the My Documents folder from opening while logging on I get a loop back to the Log On prompt.

remove the "k" in "Kuserinit.exe"

so it should read

"Userinit"="C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\UserInit.exe,"
