asked on
incorrect calendar times
For the past three weeks, when we send an invitation to an Outlook meeting the time changes once the invitee accepts the invitation the time of the meeting changes to the time the meeting notice was sent. The meeting duration extends through the time that the original meeting ends. For example, if I sent meeting notice at 12:15 PM today for a meeting next Tuesday September 18, 2012 at 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM - once accepted the meeting would show up on the calendar as beginning today at 12:30PM and running through September 18, 2012 to 10:30 AM. The time zones are correct and it is only occurring at our site.

Check any add-ins on the Outlook client.
It appears that the responder is updating the meeting time.

We have restarted Outlook many times without any correction in the time problem. I will review the add-ins but because the problem began in the middle of the week not immediately after a download which normally occurs on weekends it may be somethintg else. Thanks

The resolution of this problem involved a lot of people and took over a month to finally correct. None of the solutions that were posted on this site would have fixed the problem. I appreciated all suggestions that were made.
I saw this happen once in my environment and a restart of Outlook seem to resolve the issue.
