I have a client that is using Outlook 2007. She had her Comcast.net account (pop3) account set up and she had me add a Gmail (imap) account to it so she could access it from her computer and phone, having them sync. Things seem to be working correctly but she let me know Outlook was not receiving emails sent to or from her Comcast account within Outlook.
We are not receiving any error messages, messages show as being sent. When we send messages from within Outlook her Comcast will not receive or send messages to/from her accounts within Outlook. Her Outlook Comcast account will receive outside messages but not from her Comcast account even when opening her account in Comcast, outside of Outlook or her Gmail account (from within Outlook). Her Gmail account in Outlook works except of course email sent to her Comcast account do not show up in Outlook but do on the Comcast Server.
Hope this makes sense...what do you make of it.
