Want to mouseover text and show an image in the place of

Hello, What I want to do is take 4 lines of text in a table cell and rollover to the image..

for instance
email address
phone number

and then when we rollover I want to show the picture of the person... any ideas?

    that is the link and when it rolls over it rolls over only the text for Lew.. and then it appears behind the text.. I want the whole picture to appear.
