VPN Domain Computer

I have a remote site that is connected to the domain via VPN over ADSL2 using a draytek modem. When the user logs into her computer it isnt mapping the drives correctly. She has access to a fair amount of folders but only one folder path maps. I dont believe this si a security issue and when she remotes into the main site all her folders are mapped correctly.

Any suggestions what this could be ... other users at the remote site have the same setup and theirs work fine. The only difference is they are Vista.
