Emailing from MYOB Terminal - emails stay in Outbox until Outlook is opened on Terminal server

I've got a weird issue when emailing from MYOB on a terminal server.
The email will sit in the Outlook outbox until I open Outlook on the terminal server, then the email will send.
I've tried the following:
- Removed and re-added the account
- Set - Outlook 2010, options, advanced - ticked box "send immediately when connected"
- Set send/receive to every 5min
Would there be another setting I am missing?
What do you guys think?
