what vpn for enterprise

Hello,
I am looking for vpn/reverse ssl proxy solution (not remote office to office vpn)
will need to provide access to about 200-400 remote users (will be much more in case of bad weather condition)

needed for:
-users to access enterprise LAN from home,
-secured remote access to LAN smb share server
-secured remote usage of enterprise's voip
-smart phones to access application on LAN,
-token based access for 3rd party support,
-webmail access

required:
-user authentication (radius/ldap grup based),
-end point security check on remote client (up to date antivirus, firewall, service pack, app version, etc),
-2 factor authentication (token, smartcard, text messages),
-preferably application aware (create dynamic connection only to servers.ports required by application)

Was looking into the subject few years ago but now our contract is up for renewal and I was asked to check what's available on the market. Can you please recommend some solution (I am afraid my budget is rather limited).
Thanks
