Upgrade Windows Server 2008 Standard to Enterprise Running Exchange

Hi ALL,

What we are trying to do is install teh DAG feature in exchange, but i believe this needs Windows Server 2008 Enterprise, correct me if im wrong, how can i upgrade our existing standard server with minimum downtime.  I dont want to rebuild the complete server as this is not an option for us.
