Windows 7 SP1 Network Install Package

I downloaded a copy of windows 7 sp1.  When i try to install it i recieve a message that says it is already there.  Is there a way to force the install?

Is it actually installed already?  If you click the Start button and type Winver in the Search field, does it say Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1) in the subsequent window?

If it's already there and you really want to remove it, try the following:
