That actually sounds more like a problem with WDS than with DHCP.  Have you tried rebuilding your install image?

the problem is that i change the subnet of dhcp, because if i put the pc in same subnet of wds it works
as i change the dhcp to another subnet i need to possible the user of this new subnet to boot from this new subnet.
so i have not tried rebuilding my install image.
