Hide mail forwarding at Office 365

Hi Experts ,

My company is using Microsoft office 365 . My boss want me to do forwarding some of staff  email that forward to his email . I have done using powershell and working perfect . But my problem is  when staff go to OWA and see mail forwarder rule can see the rule . May i know how to hide this rule and dont let staff know mail forward to boss .

    hey  mgzawmyomin,

    what office 365 plan do you have?  depending on the plan you have you can replace the forwarders with server side transport rules that do the same thing and the user can not see those at all.

    My plan is HOSTED EMAIL plan that cost me 4 dollar
    May i know which plan can i use for side transport rule ?

    if your using plan 1 that's fine, that will work.  see screen shot below, all you do is go under manage my organization and mail control.  and you set the transport rules there.
