Having issues on an exchange 2007 environment. Random users cannot send to particular domains, messages sit in queue, while others in the office can send to those domains. Then later on the users that could send then cant and visa versa. Very random. DNS looks good. Any ideas?

What does the queue say for the reason code? There isn't much to go on in your question.
Anything connecting the domains? Same host, ISP or provider?
