The online docs are the best place to start:

Do you have a specific question on mv replication?

MV replication is an option to replicate data between one master site and any number of Materialized Views (MV). In MV replication, you can have one master site and any number of MV sites. The original tables for replication will be on the master site and the snapshots (MV)  of these tables will be on the MV sites.  You can have read only and update MV replication.
For the MV replication, you must have the following things.
I. Master Site
    1. Master Group
    2. MV logs ( created for the tables in the replication).
    3. Add the tables in update replication to the master group.

II. MV Site.
     1. Create MV Group.
     2. Create MV based on the tables of the master group
     3. Add the MV to MV group.
     4. Create the refresh group in order to specify the refresh time for data.
