I scheduled this script to run every 2 hours using Task Scheduler in W2K8:

robocopy "C:\Compunet" "s:\drop" /mov /V /NP /R:10 /W:30
exit
quit

I am receiving an error indicating that an instance of the script is already running. I copied the following from the error log within Task Scheduler.  Is the script flawed?

Is s:\drop a network location / mapped drive? Use \\servername\whatever path\drop instead.

Why would the path name cause Task Scheduler to Fail?  As stated in my problem description, Task Scheduler indicates that the "script intsance is already running". I can change the path name, but I am not sure why this would be a problem.

Task scheduler will generally not run a script using a mapped drive. Try it ...
