CISCO 2800 enable the LAN switch

I am not well versed with CISCO IOS and can get by with the basic.  Please be patience and be detailed with your help.

Are the LAN ports enabled by default?  If not, what are the command lines to enable these ports?

Thanks in advance.

Look if there's 'shutdown' beneath the interface, if there is you can enable it with 'no shutdown'.

Any interface listed with OK? value "NO" does not have a valid configuration

Interface                  IP-Address      OK? Method Status                Prot             ocol
FastEthernet0/0            unassigned      NO  unset  up                    down
FastEthernet0/1            unassigned      NO  unset  up                    down
FastEthernet0/0/0          unassigned      YES unset  initializing          down
FastEthernet0/0/1          unassigned      YES unset  initializing          down
FastEthernet0/0/2          unassigned      YES unset  initializing          down
FastEthernet0/0/3          unassigned      YES unset  initializing          down
Vlan1                      unassigned      YES unset  up                    down
SSLVPN-VIF0                unassigned      NO  unset  up                    up

Enter interface name used to connect to the
