Retrieve the column label based on the value of a row - Excel

I have the following table

                  Q1  Q2  Q3  Q4  BENEFIT_START
PROJECT 1   0     0     1    0
PROJECT 2   0     1     0    0

The number 1 indicates when the benefits start for a project. I would like to have a formula the puts the Quarter where benefits start under the column BENEFIT_START.  In the example above I would like to put Q3 next to project 1 and Q2 next to project 2

Assuming that the Qs are in row 1 enter this formula in row 2 and copy down

=index($B$1:$E$1,match(1,B2:E2,0)
