RDweb Access Single IP Address

Hello Experts,

Well here is my scenario I have one IP address, One Exchange 2010 server which have a UCC cert from godaddy.  I would like to setup RDWEB on a different server which is already built and configured I noticed I cannot access https://remote.xyz.com/rdweb from the internet because of port 443 which is forwarded to the exchange server.  Is there any way around this?

Also if I change the port (443) to point to the RDWEB server it works fine, both server are in the same domain.

if remote.mycompany.com points to internal address A then everything underneath it will point to that address

Create a new webserver on address B add a DNS record i.e. rdp.mycompany.com which points to B now they RDP  then rdp.mycompany.com/rdweb will have no problem

There is a DNS record already created for the RDWeb server, I am alittle lost about the webserver part, IIS is already on RDWebs server.

http://remote.xyz.com there is an A or a Cname record in your dns that points
remote.xyz.com to say 192.168.0.2  you need to create another A record say
rdp.xyz.com that points to 192.168.0.3

you cannot  have A remote.xyz.com 192.168.0.2 AND A remote.xyz.com 192.168.0.3

I don't think you can do this, since you have only 1 public IP address.

You could however setup a port forward on your router and have port 444 go to 443 on your second server. From outside you would need to specify the port.

You would need to install the certificate on that server as well.

I apologize for not getting back to anyone sooner, I was in the process of getting my internet upgraded to a business account with 5 static IP addresses.
