windows 2003 server corrupt

after one of my drives failed i have had nothing but problems.    the drive only had data and nothing to do with the operation system or applications.

symptoms are most services wont start even manually... they just hang and time out.

add and remove programs freezes

run most any program freezes.

only process using any CPU is winlogon.exe  and it is legit.

runs in safe mode fine.

below the guide from Microsoft in How to troubleshoot startup problems in Windows Server 2003. This guide helped me in the past when I have a start-up issue.

Run a chkdsk /R on C:

Check if there has been any change to your memory.
