Script for creating shares

I have to create "n" of share folders on a remote server. I have the path of the folders that are to be shared and the list of the share names to be created. Also each share has to be provided with Everyone Full control as share permissions and for NTFS permission I have list who has to grant specific access. Is there any script or tool for this task
