Error opening active@ undelete 7 enterprise

Hi Expert,

How can I resolve my recovery software crash problem everytime I open the application.
Error shows "access vilation at 0x00B9646F (tried to write to 0x9C70D0EA). Program Terminated"

Need this software to work to recover some file.

active@ undelete 7 users please help.

Install the tool to some other PC, then attach your bad HD as a 2nd drive to it and then scan it using your tool. When your file is found, copy it to your good PC. Never install any software or recovery tool to the same drive you want to recover from.

Personally I use getdataback when I have to recover data from a disk someone was careless enough not to backup regularly. It is the best tool available for that (and you can scan your drive first and only pay if it finds the files).
