I am running Win 7 x64 and Outlook 2007
I run a company and need to respond to sales request from customers. I often have to type many of the same sentences over and over.... such as "I received your request....." etc....
I found a program by a company called Sperrysoftware called QuickText Hotkeys, which allows me to type in text and assign a trigger key sequence, e.g., Cntrl-F5,, which will create a Macro which then types out that memorized text where ever the cursor is currently located in the body of an Outlook e-mail....
Does anyone know of any other programs such as this....?? This one is flaky, and is making Outlook crash.
Here is a link to the software just so you can see the description if that helps.
