Active Directory Sites and Services replication issue

Dear Experts,

There is ADC at remote site with a range of IP address 10.0.0.0.  Local DC IP address is 172.0.0.0.

If I create a user on any of the servers it gets replicated and created at other remote side.  But the remote site ADC doesn’t get GP Update from the main DC server,  I even restarted the server.  From site and service I did force replicate but got following error:

(((One or more of the Active Directory Connections are between domain controllers in different sites. Active Directory will attempt to replicate across these connections.  For more info….)))

Site and service was configured worked before.
What shall I do next? How to check if everything works fine.

It is not an error. Its just an information telling that there are two DC's involved in the replication between different sites and it will replicate according to the rules defined on the site link that connects them.

What does this mean? "ADC doesn’t get GP Update from the main DC server"
All domain controllers should contain a copy of the SYSVOL and NETLOGON folders.
SYSVOL will replicate the Group Policies to all Domain Controllers.

Group Policyitems are stored from \\domain\sysvol\domain\policies
Which domain controller to target is based on the Sites and Services configuration.

Make sure that you Domain Controllers are in the "Domain Controllers" container in ADUC.
