mass Emails sent from Exchange

I would like help,  one or more of my (100+) computers or the server it self is
sending out mass emails to .TW email address.  I have tried to block with the spam filter but
they are still getting in and out.  Currently I have to go in often and freeze the
affected email queues to keep good mail flowing!

a)  How can I block exchange from sending the bogus emails
b)  how can I track what computer is affected and sending them out
c)   how can I kill it?

Windows 2003 box with exchange 2003
I have attached a screen shot of the mail que.

Please have a read of my article and check the Authenticated Relay section specifically.

You most likely have an account with a password that has been hacked and now your server is being abused.

Worked just fine,  it only took about 10 sec to find the hacked email account.

10 seconds - that's quick!

Glad that the problem is resolved.
