You might consider using your real device instead of emulator, that way the WiFi will come from the device itself.

im very new to all this so have no idea what the best option!

    dont you recommend emulator ?

or is it impossible to emulate WiFi ?

or will it take long time to render ?

i dont have device yet ... i dont really need it for myself however if i need device for developing i will buy it sooner or later ...
i just  want my company to buy it for me ...
on the other hand the boss request develop using emulator, he think all can be done via emulator ...

so this is what im researching ...

    any advice please please?

I have not tried Wifi in an emulator, so I can't give you a hands-on answer :-(

You might be able to enable WiFi after the emulator starts up, then run your app. I tried this and got a WiFi error in my emulator though.
