Excel 2010 - Horizontal and Vertical Axis Titles - How to use cell values

Rather than type data into the Axis title boxes, I'd like to refer to a particular cell address.  How can I do this? (see graphic)

    When you select the title as shown in the diagram above you can enter this in the formula bar

    Try adding reference to the sheet name
