How to create a menu with submenus in word 2010.

I'm trying to figure out how to create a menu with submenus in Word 2010.

The content of the menu is some templates we have.

And how is it possible to import the solution to all computers in the firm?

    It's a combination of XML and vba.  We can help with detail but initially look at for excel which gives a pretty good overview albeit you need to use the word object structure.
