IBM HS22 memory add

I have  IBM blade servers HS22 with 12 DIMM slots. 10 of the slots are full with memory(with 2x2GB,4x4GB and 2x8 GB). I want to upgrade the RAM on the servers and I was wondering if I am able to use 2x16GB , because I have only two spare slots.
OS on the server is VMWare 4.1U1.
Do you think that I will have some problems?
I will appriciate also any other options.

Depends on processors in the Blades, and the Model of HS22

Models with Intel Xeon 5600 series processors: 192 GB using 16GB DIMMs
Models with Intel Xeon 5500 series processors: 96 GB using 8GB DIMMs

10x hanccocka,
is there any problems if my vmware servers in cluster are not with the equal amount of RAM.
Also do you think there will be any problem mixing different type of memory(2,4,8,16GB) in one blade. Maybe something from your expierience.
