You have to use something like the iSCSI SAN software from Starwinds to do this. They have a free edition which you can use for testing and limited production runs here - http://www.starwindsoftware.com/starwind-free

Thanks,

There is also a free iSCSI Software Target add-on available from Microsoft for Server 2008 R2 which you can use at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=19867
