Lenovo trying to boot from partitions on HD

I have a Lenovo L512. I cloned the drive and now when I cut the computer one it gives me a screen that asked which Partition do I want to boot from. There is only one operating system on the computer.

When you cloned the drive, do not choose clone a partition; choose clone the entire drive.  It sounds like you did a partition clone, which is missing the boot sector.
This is Paragon Boot Manager and seems like you used their old application from 2010 or even 2009. However you can easily fix this issue. If you have the program that did this clone yet installed then simply run it under Windows and there do Update MBR to the HDD. This will remove the Boot Manager.
