Macro errors attempting to open an MS Office 2010 Word document

"the document contains macros. macro language support for this application is disabled.  features requiring vba are not available.  would you like to open this document read-only"

The above is displayed on two Win7 client computers trying to open a document on a mapped network drive - the document opens without problem for other users using the same version of Office and same OS.  I've disabled Macros in the trust centre to no avail, the document will only open as Read-only.

Any suggestions please?

I'll try that asap, any idea why this occurred so I can avoid it in future?  It's only happening on 2 of 120 computers.  Thanks.

MS Office Files might have got corrupted because of uninstalling or reinstalling programs (that are not designed properly).
