Exchange Error - maximum sessions

What is the meaning of this error in the application event viewer on the active exchange server?  Just that the user probably has multiple devices and they're all logged into Exchange?  Is there a way to increase the #1 ob allowable sessions?  We use Exchange 2007.  Thanks.

"Mapi session "/o=PCT Avril/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBAFH32SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=bcortez" exceeded the maximum of 16 objects of type "session"."

You can change the max number of sessions using registry editing.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystem

This is explained here.
