SysFader: iexplore.exe - Application Error in IE 7
When the user goes into her personal rogers email account or into work email she is getting the sysfader error. I have tried the following without success,
In display properties->Appearance->Ef fects
I unchecked "Use the following transition effect for menus and tooltips"
This did not resolve
In System properties->Advanced->Sele cted Custom and unchecked the 1st four boxes, this did not work.
Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Under Browsing I unchecked "Enable page Transitions" this did not work.
Is there a fix outside of reinstalling IE 7 or upgrading the user to IE 8?

So another possibility here is to try Mozilla Firefox and see if it works. XP may soon need a non-IE browser to keep it running.
