I have 3 Windows 2000 domain controller divided in two sites. Everyday, for some reason, all Windows 2000 member server get the error below:

The session setup to the Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller \\domaincontroller.domain.com for the domain DOMAIN is not responsive.  The current RPC call from Netlogon on \\SERVER05 to \\domaincontroller.domain.com has been cancelled.

Member Windows 2000 Servers are not able to login to the domain and the only solution is to restart member servers. After restarting, everything re-start to works fine until the next NETLOGON error.
Member Windows 2003 Servers are OK, no problem for that.

DCDIAG /v do not present errors
NETDIAG /v do not present errors
REPADMIN /SHOWREPS indicates that replication works fine

What can i do?
thank you very much!!!
