View Windows 2008 Svr/Windows 7 Performance Monitor files in Windows XP (Viewer ?)

Is there some way to view Performance Monitor log files generated from Windows 7 and/or Windows Server 2008 (i.e. in the format with the PerfmonCfg extension) from Windows XP ? Ideally if Microsoft supplied a Windows 2008/Windows 7 Performance Monitor Viewer that could be installed on Windows XP that would be great (but we were unable to find such a viewer) ...

Tks,

ew

Can you open it in xp performance monitor?
I sourced these.
PAL v2.0 is an easy to use tool which simplifies the analysis of Microsoft Performance Monitor Logs (.blg | .csv). It generates an HTML report containing graphical charts and alerts of the performance counters using known thresholds.

How to read performance log file (.blg)?
