Outlook Calendar

Some of my colleagues (not everyone) has a problem when inviting me to a meeting. My calendar won’t show up in their view (see below).

If your colleagues are trying to "view" you calendar and they cannot make sure they have delegate permissions on your calendar to Review

You will find this under:

Outlook 2003-2007
Tools>Options>Delegate

OUtlook 2010
File>Account Settings DropDown>Delegates


Also somethign to note here
Your colleagues will only be able to vierw your Main Calendar in you Mailbox
If you have sub calendars, or calendars in a Personal Folder
They will not be able to view these
