iis7 block traffic

I have a dedicated ip address which gets traffic from
googlebot
bingbot

every 30 minutes for multiple domain names which I do not own

how to block this traffic

take a look to the domain-names (or post them) if they refer to your ip.
if so you can't do many. someone has a domain and your Ip before you.
you can create a website filtred by host header and the domains you don't need ... and set bot-options to not index the page ... or not so often.
also you can contact the domain owner to correct the dns settings.
