Hello Experts,

I am having continued problems with my Windows MObile (7.5) device.  I want to use this to edit Word documents but any time I get sent a DOCX attachment my phone either fails to download the file (no matter how small) or tells me it's damaged and can't be opened.  I am running Exchange 2003 and the sync is all fine and works well....it's literally just the attachments that seem to be causing a problem.

Many thanks in advance

this is a very common problem with Windows Phone after applying the "Mango" update.  I have same issue.  There's no update, fix etc...I've spoken to folks at MS.  if back out of the mail message after trying to open the attachment and do a manual sync, you will be able to open the attachment
