Protecting source code in team members

In my company now we have a team of 3 guys working together on new a system.

I want to put the files on a server and protect this files from the team members to copy these files or send to personal pen drives to protect the company interests because the source needs to be only available in the company´s server and not be available to team members outside the company. I have to ensure that nobody could copy the full or part of the system source code without the company autorizathion.

Is there a way to do it with VS Team System or other tool ?

    Accepted Solution

Set a password on a source folder.

But how this guys will work on the project if they have no access to the code?

And if you want to allow to access the code but not take it out of the company, I believe, it's more HR task, not IT.
