Core process to execute dll files and locates their libraries into windows system's memory. If there is something wrong with the Coreserviceshell.exe file on your computer then the whole PC probably cannot run stable and would be deathly slow. Such fishy phenomenon could be caused by virus or trojan horse. Some of the viruses will disguise Coreserviceshell.exe running on your computer to attack the system and steal important data.

The Windows application logs should flag the error as well and will be useful for raising support ticket to Trend Micro. Promptly, if this service is consuming high CPU usage cycles then have a look at the hotfix provided by Trend Micro here: http://esupport.trendmicro.com/solution/en-us/1057050.aspx
