Disclaimer in exchange 2010 for multiple Child domain

Hi We are Forest with Multi child domains. In the root we are hosting a exchange domain 2010 servers . We have a DB created for each Child domain and the mailboxes are hosted in the root where is the exchange located and the Actiive Directory account is created in the child domain.

We want to create a disclaimer for each child domain or each DB created in exchange. Is there any way to filter the disclaimer so it can be applied by child domain or DB?

THanks,
Libet

Here you go.

This details how to integrate AD information into transport rules for disclaimers

A more granular rule might be a third party tool.

GFI provide one for free: http://www.gfi.com/anti-spam-freeware
CodeTwo do them but they don't have a free option any more: http://www.codetwo.com/exchange-rules-pro/
