Setting up Citrix Netscaler

I have got a trial of VDI In a Box up and running and I can pull a desktop though the browser just fine. I can not use the receiver since it is not trusted and IE or Firefox will not let me install the self signed cert. So how do I get to that cert and also I am trying to test this from the outside and I got the Netscaler installed out in the DMZ. So a little confused as to how I get this to this from the outside. I have a external IP for it and I will do a static NAT entry in the firewall but I still need to get the connection from the NetScaler to the VDI server.
