The number of hardware interrupts per second (1115.00) is more than the number of System Calls per second (1095.00).This indicates a hardware device is generating an excessive amount of hardware interrupts.

Using Kernrate old tool from Microsoft should allow you to identify whose drivers are processing all those IRQ.
==> Knowing the drivers should allow you to identify which add-on card is launching such an IRQ volume.

A way to get ride of this problem may be to define a CPU affinity to force IRQ from this driver to be processed on a single core. This may avoid loosing a lot of CPU time in context switching and memory access.
