I have a data base with Capitals and lower case customer number, is there a way to use crystal report to retrieve data so that if I enter in the customer number in lower case but the data in the data base is in upper case it will find the data? &nbsp;right now I only am able to retrieve data is the parameter field is exactly the same as the data.
