There are many log parsers available for IIS Logs.

I had done the tedious task of analyzing IIS Logs and
So far what i feel the best is "EXCEL". Yes the Microsoft Excel is the best utility to analyze logs.
for all other options you have to install, write some queries etc.
Also, a log file with size more than 100 mb will take a lot time to open up in such analyzers.

I have used Excel 2010 to analyze more than 2.5 million records.

Load the File in Excel. Use Text To Column and split the Column using Space. and save it as Excel file.

Advantage:
- Everyone knows excel.
- Filters
- Graphs
- Search
- No Need to install any third party software.
- Dont know why but Excel file is less in size then a log file.
