From your hosting company, you must have access to the MySQL Database trough an admin interface like PhPMyAdmin and than go to the export tab, export as SQL, select Structure and Data and Save as File...
On the new one, go to PhpMyAdmin and select the tab import and import the file your export.
Be aware if in your data you have the old url has a reference, you need to upgrade the fields with the new URL like for a migration of Wordpress to one url to another.
