SQL Server Rebuilding Indexes

I'm looking for a very easy way to rebuild the indexes on my sql server without causing degraded performance or excessive memory consumption.

I don't mind indexing each index on its own, just don't want to use custom stored procedures.

There was an article sometime back from one of our script with the scripts. Check if that might help you:-

Thank you, I saw that article today, but I want something simpler and preferably not as a stored procedure, but as SQL that I can call from an application?
