Having a bit of an issue, and new to Trend OfficeScan. <br />

Is there any way in this software whereby if I install an MSI built from the OfficeScan Server that it will not look for updates purely from our internal network?<br />
<br />
At the moment this is all it is doing, ideally I want this to failover to Trend's own cloud services for updates if no line of sight to server. <br />
<br />
Is this possible, if so please explain how.

How to configure Trend OfficeScan Client to update from Trend's servers
