We are needing to figure out a way to extract out of excel the turn around time of our helpdesk tickets.

Hello,

use a formula like

=C8-B8

then format the result to show the desired unit, for example, if you want the result in hours, use the custom format

[hh]:mm:ss

If you want the result in days and hours, use a custom format like

d "days" hh:mm
